And Chaminade is taking it to Washington State.

That’s why you can’t get to caught up in matchups at these eight-team tournaments. Never mind your own game, there are too many variables in the other three each day.

Chaminade WAS taking it to Washington State, but the point still stands that it’s hard enough to worry about your own game in these events.

Washington State is blowing out Chaminade as expected. Again the overreaction to the ooc schedule is put to bed.

Seton Hall is a 7.5 point underdog today vs USC. I’m sure Coach will let them know that they are heavy dogs again today.

+7.5 against a team that needed triple OT to beat Troy. Not saying we will win but I will take the Hall with the points.

Excellent. They need to play another uptempo high energy game. USC is not a great team, but they will have talent. Best to be an underdog at this point. SHU needs to improve as a whole from the perimeter. Everything else is solid.

A win here would be huge. Get this one and a Post season opportunity would not be out of the equation. Maybe USC blows out The Hall today, but a win changes the dynamic considerably.

Coach Eric Musselman said the Trojans expect a physically grueling matchup with Seton Hall.

"We've got to defensive rebound, for sure," Musselman said, "especially with Seton Hall. They take on the personality of the head coach. They're tough-minded."

Would be another really good win. Let’s do it! I was so impressed with that game yesterday.

The non-con is always so crazy bc you grab 2 quality wins and avoid a torpedo and you have a season. Plus in these tournaments when you open with a win your SOS usually improves via better opponents. Then you’re looking at how to just be .500 or above in BE to be relevant.

That was quite a game. Really a tale of two halves. My pick of a Chaminade upset in one of the other threads was looking good for awhile.

We'll have three D-I opponents, which is nice, but Washington State isn't that good and Arizona State may not be much better. They look to be an ok, at best, high-major whose NET will be propped up by their conference opponents. Sort of like RU.

Still better than a non D-I win.

I know it's wrong but my Comcast sports app shows ESPN 5PM today as a repeat of the USC/Boise State game.

With Texas losing last night do we now totally avoid them for rest of tourney. Will our last game be either against ASU or Wash St?

Nice footage of blackrock beach at the start of the broadcast. One of my favorite spots when I lived in Maui
