Hasn't this board decided that Oregon was doing dirty recruiting when Frost was there? He took part in Eugene, he ought to fit in well at Ole Miss. He already knows how to cheat.

If Frost lifts UCF to much greater heights the next few years, there will be a lot more schools knocking on his door, if the timing is right.

Best bet for Old Miss is an power 5 conference coach or retired coach at the end of their career looking at extended their time or a little extra $ to pad their retirement. If they seek upward mobility, championships or bowl games they are out!

That's just good stuff - nice play with the names Maybe the announcement on Miss. coach should be: freeze warning has been dropped, replaced by a frost advisory, with an outside possibility with snow.
They'd have to travel less Miles to hire a former LSU coach. Strong possibility they look at a recent Texas coach.

Frost would be a reach, and it would be a no-brainer for him to take it if offered. Pending sanctions? Meh, but no one is going to expect him to go out and beat Bama off the bat either. They have a deep wallet and a pretty talented roster.

But no, Frost would only get it if they strike out on several top guys I think, although that is possible, do to the precarious position the school is in.

If they are placed under further restrictions, the possibility of player being allowed to transfer without penalty will exist. That could have implications on how attractive the job is.

I think Joe Moglia would be a perfect fit for what Ole Miss needs right now.

Of course it does, but it wouldn't stop it from being attractive to someone in Frost's position. It's going to take a few years of rising success before he gets looks from mid-to-upper tier P5 schools that aren't in a precarious position like Ole Miss is right now.

Frost is up and coming as a coach...no way he shoots himself in the foot taking the Ole Miss job.
