I was in the stands at Talladega Sunday, wearing an MSU cap.
This guy sitting two seats down from me says,"You guys just pulled off a huge win. Congrats."
Then a long pause and "Oh, sorry, that's a Mississippi State cap. I confused you with Ole Miss for a minute there."
Then later I'm reading one of the local papers and one of the articles talks about how MSU could possibly UPSET Vanderbilt this weekend.
I never thought I would read or hear those words in the same sentence. MSU, UPSET and VANDERBILT, unless it was talking about them upsetting us in years past.
Sad situation, but true. If we win saturday, it will be an upset.
