A friend of mine who has connections to UC Berkley says Chris Peterson will be announced as head coach there Dec, 8th. I know it probably doesn't matter to most on this board, or me for that matter, but that's what I got. Peterson has said that only two programs could lure him away from Boise ST - Oregon and Cal. We'll see.

must be some unknown reason for Cal because he could do way better ... good luck to him trying to get good players to qualify for that school ... they don't accept guys that can't read like some other schools do ... would love to see some team compete against USC & Oregon on a regular basis
