ESPN was here last night setting up the Skycam over the field, the poles are in place at all 4 corners of the upper deck and the cables were being pulled in. IIRC, we have a pretty good record when it's in the house?!!

Can we pull a repeat one more time?

At the U of Kentucky a clown sent up an illegal drone and crashed just outside the stadium if it was inside many would have gotten hurt (was not a baby drone Good size one in fact). Yes he got arrested and charged with many counts. reckless endangerment was one I think.

Drones routinely lose connections with their operators. Drones could, and probably have, killed people.
I was at Shea Stadium-era Jet game back in the day when a RC flying lawnmower did just that during halftime.

I was trying to make a joke. Guess it was one of the many I flung at the wall that didn't stick.

Here 80-90% see the humor, the other 10-20% take it as a challenge to fight any statement they do not agree with, i.e, jersey rage supersedes logic.
Angry Jersey folks just looking to fight on anything!

Why hasn't this technology been replaced by a drone!?
I am guessing because of flight time limits on conditions. They would need several to rotate in and out due to flight time. They also would be very limited in conditions they could use them. They would need perfect weather conditions.
