The truth is, Franklin lost the passion; we've all saw it over the years. It became apparent he was more of a "I'll get you ready for the pros" and less, "this is a team effort" mentality. He didn't seem to develop players and the ones who seemed to be on track left early. Which is probably why we saw limited playing time for some players. Almost seemed he didn't want some players to shine early, in fear, they'd leave. His pressers were more business oriented than uplifting and his responses sounded robotic. He never seemed to talk to players nor directed/coach them during games. I personally got tired for the "deer in the head lights" look when the games were slipping away. There are a lot of truths coming out but these are some of the biggest ones for me.
