as i watched cherokee play Andrews last night I couldn't help but think of how good both teams were for how small their schools are (around 300 kids) . Big lines good qbs and above average athletes on the field . The kicker is when they switch from offense to defense only about two from each team come off the field then they go back to war. This is old timey football played at best. Both teams have 25 or less players and all the kids enjoy the game. Qbs arent coddled they go play defense. Kickers are lineman that just blocked for the td ... It was cold and just a good night of football. Glad we live in a place that still enjoys this as the stands were full.
