Beat 3 bad B1G teams last year and got annihilated in 9 B1G conference games in two years.
I think that if Flood doesn't right the ship in the next three or four years, we should think about replacing him.
No one said it was going to be easy. I've never seen so many Kool aid drinking people in my life. WE DO NOT NOR DID WE EVER HAVE THE 2 and 3 deep TALENT TO PLAY A B1G SCHEDULE. This is a 5yr recruiting cycle to get there
A good recruiter would have started AS SOON as the Big Ten announcement was made -- not once we started playing in the conference.
Problem with this, of course, is our best OL, WR, 2 LBs, PK and Punter all graduate.
Dip **** coach is wed to an offensive system he can't possible hope to recruit well enough to run and the DC absolutely STEALS his paycheck.

Good recruiting? We still frequently beat out Old Dominion quite frequently for recruits. That isn't going to cut it.
And after three recruiting cycles, we're at year negative 4
Your head is in the sand. It's not about beating the top teams, it's playing competitively well into the 2nd half and showing life as a program. We've done that exactly once in 2 years (Michigan st). It also not having a revolving door defense against a 2-9 team. It's also about being quite possibly the most stubnorn man ever in terms of giving the other QB a chance.
Make no mistake we are a bottom of the barrel p5 program and its not changing unless you are okay with 6-6 in our "up" years.
