The man has never been a head coach. He is a defensive coordinator, and he's going to a school that has a problem scoring points. I think he will end up being a good coach, but I just don't see this being the right move for them. He will recruit well, but I can't believe they didn't try a little harder to geta Petersen or a Whittingham. Someone that has HC experience and could make a big splash. I think this may pay off for them in the long run, but I think as an immediate hire, they went in the wrong direction. </p>
