Very interesting quote from Dave Wommack in the clarion ledger Missouri post game interviews under the ole miss section. There are interviews from Shackelford, Pruitt and Wommack. Go watch the video from what Wommack said: http://www.clarionledger.com/sports During the ole miss bye week this year before the Arkansas game (October 27th - Nov. 8th), he was instructed by Hugh Freeze to study the MSU offense during their bye week to break down the MSU offense in preparation for a game on Nov.24th (a whole month ago)?

So wait a minute - I thought Hugh Freeze was a perfect christian and does not ever lie? What about the typical coach mantra of "We take one game at a time around here" or "We never look ahead to other than the next game"

Are Freeze and Wommack caught in a lie here? So I guess they have been prepping for Dan Mullen and his offense since October 28 - Nov. 3rd or Nov. 4th? No wonder they looked like crap against Arkansas. No wonder ole miss looked like crap against Missouri last night. I would bet Wommack and Freeze have been studying film on MSU since October 28th and have not even worried about what happened during the Arkansas or Missouri games since they were so worried about Dan Mullen and MSU.

I wonder how the ole miss fan base feels about their defensive coach not caring about Arkansas or Missouri but having their sole priority on MSU even back during October 28th?

Also, to get us more fired-up - see this video from last year from Wommack and what he said about MSU, very arrogant comments: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAHgMZY-SvE

"Taking it one game at a time" is nothing but coach speak. I'm sure their fans don't care, and to be honest, I don't care whether they studied our offense or not during their bye week, that still doesn't change the fact I hate those bastards and want to kick their ***.

It's coach speak. All coaches say that, and they are quietly looking ahead to other games, especially in bye weeks and against teams like Alcorn.

Something tells me Mullen probably did this, too (I hope so anyway).

And I also want to believe that Mullen has saved a lot of **** for Thursday night. I want to.

Haven't seen it. What was it in response to, cause that matters? Asked about the egg bowl? Or was it meant as an excuse for why they lost yesterday?

So you take that quote, and your first thought is to use it as a way to show that Freeze is a liar and not a Christian? Even in Egg Bowl week that is some stupid ****.

os2 is right. Your reaching. I don't see the lie here and I wouldn't care if they did lie. And I doubt they completely ignored Arkansas or Missouri that week either.

I know Wommack is lying. I mean, does anyone really think it would take a whole week to study OUR offense??

I'd rather Just go whip their *** physically than worry about what freeze or Womack have to say. The preceding usually fixes all that really quickly anyways.

better have an answer for moncreif this year though. Preferably a big ol bag full of knuckles.
