I'm sure the Bears are coming up with ideas on how to do this.

They are so far behind right now and a brand new staff is coming in. They'll be scrambling to fill up their slots, see whose going to be academically ineligible etc... South Panola and Madison Central don't have enough great players to flip. The only one from Madison Central we wanted we got. Hell we may flip a couple of theirs, they've been after a couple of their commits already.

about how they haven't even started recruiting yet. They found a system that worked well for them last year and you can bet your *** they plan on doubling their efforts this year.

So how many commits will flip this year during a dead period while we are in Nashville?

then you are correct sir....

Yes they will continue this year, and yes they will continue every year from here until the end of time, if they are allowed to blatantly shove their **** right in the NCAA's face without consequence. It was absurd back in the 90's and has only escalated since.

But you see what that gets you: a team full of kids who've all been promised the same thing, except the funny thing is, only 11 can be on the field at once. They feel they are entitled playing time because they took the goods but there aren't enough slots on the field to fulfill these false promises. We've seen some bright futures go up in flames the past few years because of it. I just hope the money's worth all those L's.

Trust me

Folks, you don't know what type of treat you are in for in terms of recruiting.

I am so pumped up I can barely sit in my seat typing this.

Surely that would be some sort of NCAA rules violation.

I hear numerous red high heals were thrown at drug dealers in Memphis today. Also adoption papers have been filed on the dandy dozen this morning.

are shoving their **** in the face of the NCAA with no consequence so why would anyone expect it to stop. Auburn and OM are probably among the worst offenders at the moment but its pretty prevalent across the whole conference. Why should anyone stop when there is no fear of retribution. Given that Dan wants to play the recruiting game straight up for the most part it definitely has us recruiting from an uphill standpoint on recruits that have their hand out.

We've been behind the curve for the past three years now, and they'er moving forward. We need to get our act together if our goal is to beat UM in recruitment...

Head to the nearest caseener and buy $1k in chips to leave as a Secret Santa for some recruits! Nothing illegal about being a Secret Santa, no is there? Does the NCAA frown upon "charity" also? Bastards!

Uh...that is not our goal...Our goal is to beat them on the football field just like the last three years. They can keep their recruiting championships and we will keep the egg.
