I get to start one topic a day. Posting is pretty much limitless.

I also bitched much less than other posters yesterday. It was pretty clear we had serious problems after Holy Cross. The surprise would be taking two today. The sweep is what I expect. The split is probably most accurate.

We have 9 guys on the team batting .300 or better on the year. Very odd that we

struggle to score runs.

Contrary to "conventional" baseball wisdom, BA is a fairly meaningless statistic. However, I have a theory as to why runs aren't coming. Our slash line as a team before today is .275/.387/.346 (BA/OBP/SLG). Our slugging percentage is lower than our on-base perecentage. That is a problem. We struggle to find gaps when we have runners on.

If anyone feels like looking it up, I'd love to know our BA with RISP on the season. I'd be willing to be that's it's sub .200
