They bought out Comcast who was a minority owner. They’ve owned 75 percent of it since 2019 when they acquired 21 Century Fox.

The only way I’ll know it is when you or some other snowflake “moral” policeman comes on here with the panic over what fictional characters are doing in movies they allegedly don’t watch.
For years you literally would search for something like Always Sunny on Disney plus and it would redirect you to Hulu because they had to platform it under the Fox umbrella. I honestly think one conglomerates goal is to have a woke media company and a bigot media company to war with each other to drive both of their ratings up.

In the future, to avoid offending those that may be prone to being offended, one may want to utilize “Latinx” instead of “Latino“ or “Latina” (the latter would be more applicable in your comment). There is a segment of population that find the gender-focused languages (mainly Romance languages) to be sexist.
