I doubt you would feel that way if we were #4 at the moment. It is much better to be at #4 this early, than to be #87 or whatever. They can now use this for additional recruits...Come to us, we're already #4, etc.

Saw in the CL today we increased our recruiting budget by 30k. It is now 340k which is still under om last years budget. While the bears increased theirs by 100k to make it 500k for this year.
