I think CSS is owned by Comcast, and therefore not on DirectTV or DishNetwork

On the Comcast Guide, there is nothing set to show on CSS. Is it just the regular CSS channel, or is there an alternate channel that it might be on?

It's just not on the CSS HD channel, but it is however on the regular definition channel 28. 7pm-9pm

The rest of the time, it is dead air with no programming mentioned on the channel menu. They should video tape executions of Comcast employees and play it non-stop on that channel. Comcast should sponsor the Jackson City Council and the Jackson Police Department.
