For those of you that got pissed when the thought of his 3 game absence could have been a suspension, how is it he misses those three games to rest his knees, and then doesn't miss a game the rest of the year, and manages to log damn near as many minutes as anyone in the league? Surely if his knees were that bad Stansbury would have found other times to rest him

Why would he announce the suspension of one player, but not another? Just curious, I don't have a dog in the fight. My major complaints about the coach are the excessive involvement of his kids in the games and his inability to use proper grammar when interviewed. If they fire him, fine, but I'm not interested in ponying up any cash for a buy-out and I wonder how many of the posters on SixPack would.

with all the turmoil and bad publicity the program has been getting- announcing a suspension forr missing class is one thing- but failed drug tests and curfew violations cast a much darker shadow that the program may lack control.

As far as ponying up for the buyout- how much of Croom's buyout did you pay? Stansbury will have to be paid off at some point- whether its this offseason or the next

I wouldn't bE surprised to hear it come up if he goes to the NBA this year. I saw him go to the bench during the WV game and both trainers were looking at his knees. He was clearly hurting too.

Having said that, Coach is right. Stans sat him earlier this year for suspensions. I heard failed drug test last year, but not sure if that's 100%. They knee issues just provided a convienet excuse. His knee problems aren't anything he can't play through.

while plausible, is still pure speculation. Sure, it's possible that Moultrie was secretly suspended... or maybe his knees just started feeling better after a couple of weeks. Point is, I don't think there's near enough evidence for you to start claiming you're right, especially considering the burden of proof is on you.

I knew all those years of watching Matlock would come in handy one day.
