I think you need to have two or three more points about needing to sign more kids. Something like this:

* We need to sign 20/25/30/unlimited kids a year
* We didn't sign enough guys
* Signing 20 is unacceptable
* Not filling out the class hurts the program.

Just thought it should match the number of threads on the same topic...
