So what do Trump's fans think would be a good punishment for lying to the world about Obama?

Slap on the hand from a ruler? Writing "I will not tell lies for a minute" (or however many times it takes to spell it right) on a blackboard? No gold leaf in his water for one day?

I've said all along, that Obama lied about the big, important stuff. Trump's lies are all small potatoes compared to Obama's whoppers.

Yeah, like accusing a former President of treason.

Actually, Trump accused Obama of overstepping his authority to surveil Trump Tower, that is not treason.

But lying to the American people about their health care, their ability to keep their doctor, their insurance plans, their hospital and save a lot of money was much more important. He also lied through his teeth about lives lost in Benghazi, about our enemies (ISIS). Not even close.

Good comparison! Smart!
You had to see that coming. American Conservatives are the largest group of hypocrites ever assembled in history. If Trump falters....they blame someone else....if he succeeds....it's all him....Obama will be the lightening rod for everything over the next 4 years.

LMAO. Bush was a lightening rod for 8 years. Obama blamed Bush incessantly during all that time. Give me a break.

I don't think Obama ordered the surveillance of Trump Tower. If surveillance was done, it occurred somewhere else in government. I do believe the leaks demonstrated a desire to delegitimize Trump. I think Obama's order to open up raw intelligence to 15 other agencies just two weeks before he left office was done for a reason and that reason was to aid and abet the leaking process. It was not illegal, but it was unethical, Imo.

If Obama has taught us anything, it is that the President is all powerful and can do and say anything he likes.

You mean like when discussing the economic crisis he allowed to happen, that dominated Obama's agenda for most of his first term? Or the war with Iraq that Bush started and couldn't clean up, and also dominated his foreign policy agenda for most of the first term? Or the overall lack of credibility that Bush caused world leaders to have for the US? Or the illegal prison that Bush set up? Or the torture practices? Or the patriot act violations of civil liberties that Bush enacted? All of which Obama had to undo during his Presidency? Yea....I'm really surprised Bush was mentioned by Obama at all.

Boom, you seriously need to better develop your arguments. You blast posters for bringing up Obama when talking about lies, now you seem to be defending Obama's constant vilifying of Bush (of therefore of the board's liberal posters who did the same).

Secondly, Obama said this about Iraq when he decided to pull all of our troops out leaving a vacuum that ISIS filled and in which they became much more powerful (BTW, DOD and the CIA opposed Obama's actions).

Obama: ‘We’re Leaving Behind a Sovereign, Stable and Self-Reliant Iraq’

So Bush seemed to have it cleaned up pretty well according to Obama, right?

What dominated Obama's foreign policy was to pull back, lead from behind, apologize to the Middle East for the sins of the U.S.

Bush caused world leaders to stop believing in the U.S. No, that honor goes to Obama with his famous red line in Syria. That is when we could no longer be trusted. If you are referring to Iraq's WMD, every country in the world assumed Iraq had them as did the U.N. Nice try.

Illegal prison? Where was that? Torture? Some may think water boarding is torture, I don't as do many, many Americans. Easy to sit in your recliner and question the actions of a President very worried about other deadly lethal terrorist attacks. BTW, we use waterboarding against our own soldiers as part of their training.

So, using your logic, it was ok for Obama to vilify Bush and for the board's libs to follow suit for 8 years in constantly comparing Obama to Bush, but it is not ok for us to point out Obama's lies, deceit, horrible foreign policy, horrible economic record and we can't compare Obama's record to Trump's. Is that your argument? Wow.

BTW, Obama was still surveilling the American people as James Clapper admitted, so Obama apparently liked the Patriot Act.

No. It's ok to mention from where the problems arise, but it's on the President to get it fixed. I don't think he didn't own his 8 years like he should, good and bad.

I wasn't talking about Obama or Trump anyway....I was talking about people like you. I personally think Obama can put some on Bush, Bush can put some on Clinton, and Trump can put some on Obama....it's not his fault he has to devote time and political capital on Obamacare....but he has to own what he does with it. I think Obama did well enough in his second term to warrant respect (I didn't vote for him in '12, because I felt he handled the economic crisis poorly - but I was wrong, the economy recovered, and the bailouts are mostly paid back I think). My point is.....I didn't give Obama a second term because of what he inherited from Bush....but you guys will vote against the Dems no matter what Trump does or doesn't do. Now tell me that isn't true

It's funny, because it's true.
here is the plain and simple truth. Liberals thought their demi-god would pass his crown to his serving wench to continue the same disastrous policies of the previous 8 years. However the real pulse of right minded Americans went to the polls and said "Nay, Nay...or Nyet Nyet if you prefer[laughing]. The reason they/we did this is because we realized, unlike the politicians inside the beltway, that our country was headed for disaster unless we did an immediate about face. That is why Mr Trump is our president.....and it just chaps your *** that you liberals were too stupid to realize what was happenening[banana]

I guess if you discount the complete hypocrisy coming from the left as well.
That Shumer guy and that elegant Pelosi woman have never even whispered a hypocritical word....ever....they are absolutely infallible pillars of American integrity and self sacrifice. How dare you sir?

I agree. She is so well spoken and linear in her logical approach to political discourse. Honestly, I think the NEA should do a play about her, a bastion of bi-partisan morality. A true unwavering pillar of democracy.

I like the left's sudden affection for fiscal responsibility.
And what happened with their desire for transparency that they always were yakking about? Trump lets the entire country know how he feels on a daily basis. Liberals are by far the most hypocritical bunch that I've ever seen.

WTF are you talking about? Answer the question. What should be Baby Donnie's punishment for lying to the world about Obama? I don't give 2 ***** about your Clinton nonsense or whatever the hell you're talking about now. Answer the original question.
