To borrow from Jack, it may be that Russell cannot go. If he was concussed you've got to be cautious.

THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN.....yeah, prescott for me too.

The people always pay someone else to make the best decision for them.

Prescott is a better fit for our offense. Our OL is not good enough to protect Russell in order for him to be successful.

I don't think we would have burned Williams RS if Russell was going to be ready next week.

I think there's truth to this. If Tyler would have been likely for next week, then Williams may not have played today.

I was just answering the question
When Tyler's healthy he will continue to contribute. And deservingly so. However I would hope that Dak maybe an option sooner and more frequently. That would be great. S

I saw Dak hold it too long a few times yesterday ala Tyler but the difference was as the defenders closed in on him he was athletic enough to side step or out maneuver them unlike Tyler who usually just crumples in a pile ala Dan Marino

Is our O-line good enough to run the ball? People talk about our offense concept without thinking about offensive personnel.

I went back and read the original question

and my answer is the same. I'm not sure who you're responding to.

To be fair he was side stepping SWAC talent

Some of you need to pump the brakes on Dak a bit. I wouldn't have a problem with him starting or at least getting more snaps, but you can't judge that by what he did against a team that is a notch above juco yesterday.

And I am not convinced that we don't go back to the playing not lose next week anyway since we are playing competition that is equivalent to us

I think we're going to find out who Mullen really wants to start at QB because it's hard to believe he was so concussed that he couldn't recover in two weeks. It's the perfect excuse for a coach if he really wants to change to the dual threat guy over the in state senior.

I don't know, but at this point I think Russell needs have the attitude that he's going to make stuff happen, instead of letting it all come to him. He's become timid and unsure of himself. At least that's how it seems out there. Just make the play, dude. We all know you're good enough to do it. He'll most definitely get another shot.

Russell starts and gets nothing done. After he throws a pick six halfway through the third quarter to go down 21-0 Dak finally come in.

I responded to the statement, "Dak Prescott is a better fit for the offense". Of course he is....until he struggles

This post is just dumb and an obvious attempt at being annoying. As most of yours are.

Russell is statistically the best QB in the history of MSU. He took all of the 1st team snaps in the offseason. There is no choice.
