********. I have known a couple of people to be arrested with a pound of pot and they got probation. The prison's are crowded enough to be throwing every person arrested with a pound of herb in jail. I assure you that if he's convicted of possessing a pound of herb with intent to distribute (which he will because he had a f'n POUND)...He's going to prison. Just be glad he didn't get to spend to much time around the rest of your team.
