likely heading to G5 status...or weak P5 status if the Big 12-4=8 manages to reconstitute itself...will you still follow and support?
This scenario won’t happenlikely heading to G5 status...or weak P5 status if the Big 12-4=8 manages to reconstitute itself...will you still follow and support?
What room are you hiding in lol?I've seen no evidence of that likelyhood. Several B12 teams are having discussions with various entities with more secrecy than a Masonic Lodge. Consider how long Texas and Oklahoma to the SEC talks took place with both parties knowing damn well it would be done.
In the white room with black curtains at the station. Has the AAC issued any invitations? Or the B12?What room are you hiding in lol?

Funny. Whispers of Eric.In the white room with black curtains at the station. Has the AAC issued any invitations? Or the B12?
You mean there is little likelihood of the likelyhood of such a scenario happening. This scenario won’t happen
Have to understand the history of Vanderbilt. But even if a worst case scenario would occur I would still be a Mountaineer. It would be a gut punch though, especially with several schools being parasites on their conferences under the premise of increasing academic prestige. It comes down to butts in stadium seats and eyes on screens, TV or PC.
Only you would you pretend to care about Vanderbilt. What's your next profile? TheCommieCommodore?Have to understand the history of Vanderbilt.
Maybe there comes a time they get replaced. But Vandy plays a prominent historical role in the formation of CFB.
Between when football started and the 1920’s Vanderbilt had a winning record against both Texas and Alabama
Against GA Tech as well who was one of the original powers.
Texas played them in Dallas before they played OU
Not just “academic prestige” it is because Vanderbilt created college athletics for the most part with the SIAA and then became the dominant football school for the first 30 years
It has nothing to do with college baseball--a money loser for most, and about which almost nobody cares--and all to do with the black eye that the SEC would have, if it kicked out the best academic institution (by far) in its conference. It's the same reason that Northwestern won't ever be kicked out of the B1G.Vanderbilt brings an elite baseball program right now
Gives fans a Road stadium to overrun in football

Just more proof that a GED is your personal ceiling. Vanderbilt is ranked No. 14, and Florida is ranked No. 30. Run along now, and try to find somebody who thinks that you're smart or interesting. Not even the best academic institution
As of right now that would be the University of Florida
Baseball makes money.
Going to make a lot more in the future
US News doesn’t determine academic rankingsJust more proof that a GED is your personal ceiling. Vanderbilt is ranked No. 14, and Florida is ranked No. 30. Run along now, and try to find somebody who thinks that you're smart or interesting.
Subjective ranking Isn’t proofI posted proof. You argue just to be argumentative. Run along now, as you bore me, TrollVanZandt.
Vanderbilt is No. 14. Florida is No. 30. Start counting on your fingers and toes...Subjective ranking Isn’t proof
For university presidents Florida has more value because of the size of the school and because of the research
Vanderbilt is a much smaller school and doesn’t offer many top tier programs
I don’t think they have a single program in the Top 5/10
