Looks like both the teams are fielding full teams (Yes, yes... Messi will be playing). Can't wait to see the Americans stacking up against the Argies.

I wind up missing close to half the friendlies we play because I forget about them.

Will be interesting to see the line-up for the US and how they handle Messi. However, in the WC last summer and before, Messi seemed to struggle a bit compared to how he plays with Barcelona. Hope there's a good crowd at Giants Stadium.<div>

US beats Argentina 1-1!

Howard was awesome, especially in first half when it could have easily been 4-0.
Great change of tactics in second half by Bradley.
Young guys looked really good. Hopefully, we have a guy up top in Aguedela who knows how to be the "fox in the box" type player to poach some goals.

Good result all around. You Nashville boys get out and see them play this week!

Of late, we have been a 2nd half team.<div>
</div><div>Having said that, great result for the young pups. I hope Spain sends their full team as well for their June clash.</div>

He seems to get the ball and just take off running with it. Needs to be a little more patient and wait for help to arrive instead trying to Rambo.

We are a second half team because Bradley always switches to a 4-4-2 in the 2nd. I don't know what Bradley sees in Altidore that makes him think he can be a lone striker. And then when he does finally change to 4-4-2 he leaves altidore in. Dempsey + Agudelo up top would be pretty dangerous. His love for his son is also getting more and more transparent. Why take out Jermaine Jones and leave in Bradley. Jones and Edu have been getting regular first team starts and Bradley has been sitting on the bench at Aston Villa. This team is going to miss Stu Holden for gold cup. Overall, it is very nice to see us withstand Messi's performance.
