Spain was one of the favorites but after firing their coach two days before their first game, they're going to be in severe trouble. I'm going with Germany again, because, well, they're Germany. They have some of the best players and the best coach.

I figure it'll be Germany, then Brazil/Brasil. Who I want to win? England or

Argentina. Every time Messi get's the ball at his feet, ... wow!

Wow! Can't believe Spain fired their coach. Head of Federation must be a Barca fan. Pretty 17ing stupid. Maybe they have their Gary Henderson ready to step in though. I guess I'm going to go with Brazil, even though they've never won a World Cup in the Eastern Hemisphere.

Germany is the safe choice and France has the talent to win as well. Some people think it'll be Brazil but I'm not as sure about them.

Personally, I hope it's a first-time winner. I don't think they will but I'd love to see a team like Nigeria win it all.

I think I heard that no Western Hemisphere team has ever won in the Eastern Hemisphere, and that Germany was the first team from the Eastern Hemisphere to win in the West.

Edit: Research says Brazil won in Sweden in 1958 and Japan in 2002.

I fly to Spain: MSU wins Regional & Super Regional. Ole Miss is eliminated in Regional.
I fly from Spain: Spain fires the coach of its national team. USA, Mexico, & Canada are announced as hosts of the 2026 World Cup.

Likely Germany or France will win but I wouldn’t be surprised if the Group B runnerup (likely Portugal or Spain) makes a run.

I love England and I would love to see the home of the game get another one....but it ain't happening. I saw this joke some where yesterday: The English team visited a Russian orphanage yesterday. Please tell me I’m not really hearing Vuvuzellas in this Iran/Morocco match.
If that becomes a thing I’m not watching. The cup in South Africa was unwatchable
