Nesha Sanghavi was a WVU cheerleader.

Why should they not be questioned when they refuse to release the records about what they found in the Kerry Martin fiasco. Not to mention how the university let everyone march close together to support the DSA under the guise of “BLM”, yet refused to let regular students have their freedom back.

Nesha Sanghavi was born and raised in Charleston, WV - she owns some successful businesses.
Kamau Brown is from Washington, DC so not far away but also graduated from a Masters from WVU Business then Harvard Leadership program.
Monte Williams served under the WV State Police before going back to law school
Gabrielle St. Leger has 3 a BA, Masters, and PhD all from WVU.

How much more WVU or West Virginian do these people need to be. If you google their professional accomplishments beyond what I skimmed over here they're impressive.

IT isn’t flawed thinking. It’s critical thinking. WVU made it specific to be made from people of color. They even suggested this earlier in the year by making new departments at the school. I’m all fine for anyone to prove what they can bring to the table for betterment of West Virginia as a state and for WVU. I dislike the Kabuki theatrics that occur. Just come out and say we are hiring these 4 because we need more diversity. My main issue is it should be merit based. Let me compare resumes and interview without even knowing their religious orientation or their skin color. The more these “inclusion hires” are exclusively done, the more that meritocracy dies.
