Some of you have "selective" reading or lack reading comprehension skills...

I said all along that we would announce/on paper have a sell out but that we would only have 45K-50K in attendance. I did not attend but I did rent the game and noticed that both upper decks were NOT completely full. My best guess that we actually had closer to 51K actually in the stadium, which is very close to my prediction. Bogey is right a helluva lot more than he is wrong...

1. I called the Stansbury firing when many of the sheep on here were claiming otherwise.

2.I stated that we would struggle with Troy when many of you claimed otherwise.

3. I stated that our o-line would not be as good as it was last year, and I'm not sold on it at this point.

4. I stated and still think LSU/USCe will be a toss up, and I think both teams performances proved that last night.

5. I was off base when I said that Auburn would beat us at home but the team I thought would show up in Starkville showed up last night v LSU.

6. I stated that the Dallas Cowboys were the richest franchise in America and the most successful and had to pull and post data to prove my point and to make several of you STFU.

Jane, you ignorant slut.

Your thread is on the front damn page. You clearly state " I bet we won't have 45,000" In what Bogey world does that mean between 45-50 K. Remind me to never play golf with you because you have an arithmetic problem. I guess snowmen end up as bogeys in your card. Man don't you know you never go full retard.

1. Our OL is better than last year- and it's pretty obvious at this point

2. Auburn looked bad because we made them look bad- they have played solid ball in their other 3 games

3. You said we'd go 6-6...2-6 the rest of the way huh?

It is sad when you attempt to prove your correct..., and like someone pointed out your original estimate of less than 45K is still on the board. It makes your entire justification attempt more suspect. You should just be correct or own up to your mistakes.

Bogey is right a helluva lot more than he is wrong....

By the way, referring to yourself as "Bogey" is quite douchey. I think many people overlooked that bc they were pointing out all of the other stupidity in your post, but I wanted to make sure all douchiness was accounted for. That is all.

No one cares about your predictions, particularly your predictions on attendance. Also, stop trying to become the next Coach34.

You certainly were not looking closely if you claim BOTH upper levels were not full. I sat on the east side so I can't speak of the east side upper level but the west side was full. It looked way empty after halftime because all the high school band students that filled up one section and part of another went home. As usual with a lead like we had the students leave to start their partying so that was no big surprise. **** off retard.

Failure to admit when you are wrong by trying to change the story, check! You are now officially on the worst level of poster on this board. Alot of people have been wrong about alot of things, but the ones that are still taken seriously are man enough to come back and own it when they are(see Patdog in baseball season for example of how this works).

Now, not only do we have a dubmass post on the front page about "45k or less", but we've got this gem where you try to explain where you were right about things? You really can NOT be serious.

1) Congrats Capt Obvious. At least 95% of the board wanted Stans gone. I said he had to go after the 09/10 season. Funny, I wouldn't even call that a "prediction" but it shows just how far you have to reach to say you were correct about something.
2) We "struggled" for about 5 minutes at Troy. That game was in hand for 55 of the 60 minutes. Sorry it wasn't "pretty" enough for you.
3) Not convinced the OL is better? Really? You didn't know that South Alabama entered that game top 10 in the country in SACKS and #1 in TFL? That was one of the most aggressive defenses we will see all year. Not most talented, but most aggressive. So, congrats... we did fall all the way to 8th in the country in sacks allowed. 2 through 4 games.

4) Link to others ever saying it wasn't? It is in Baton Rouge though.
5) Rightttt...
6) Link or it didn't happen. Yeah, those of us with the most "correct" opinion generally like to surround it by supporting facts. Moreover, we form our opinions based on said facts. We don't make **** up, say we were right about it, and expect our personal confirmation to make said information a "fact."

Ok I am new here so maybe someone can help me out. How the hell does "we won't have 45,000" turn into "see we had over 51,000 so I was right and I am gonna edit the thread to title" ? Is this normal behavior for you people?

Being a man and admitting you were wrong, how does that work?

The stadium was full. The less-than-full upper deck sections were the same ones that are always less than full, because they're allocated to student seating, and what student in their right mind would choose to sit in the upper deck versus cramming into the lower deck?

But of course you wouldn't know, because you weren't there.

Looked about the same as the Auburn game to me; the west side upper deck had about the same number of vacancies. Of course, I couldn't see the upper deck above me on the east side.

Never heard the official attendance though.
