Some props to event staff/parking etc. For an 11am game, I thought....

They did a great job that deserves some recognition. Now of course everything seems wonderful after a big win but going into campus yesterday morning, I dreaded the traffic with everyone coming in near the same time. However, I made it to my lot in pretty much record time. And after the game, same thing. Kuddos to whoever's in control and very nice job to all those responsible. For all the hell they take, sometimes rightfully, sometimes not, I thought they did an excellent job yesterday.

I think part of the difference is people are starting to listen that you need to get there early. I got our tents there Friday night about 8:00 and there were a lot more there then than the usual Fri nt., at least in our area. Also I went back @ 5:00 a.m. yesterday to help get breakfast going and fire up the smoker and there was a good crowd there @ 5 in the a.m. setting up as well. Tow trucks were already towing then too, saw 2 towed before daylight for being in pay lots w/out window cards I'm assuming.

They have done well both games from my lot. Big kudos for diverting traffic off of Lee when it backs up to down coliseum and onto George Perry to get to 182.
