Some think that the UT PLOI may cost Kiffen his job.

Clay Travis thinks that the new AD at USC may not want this on his hands since he was brought in to clean up the program.

First of all, Kiffin wasn't brought in to clean up ****. He was hired before the new AD was even at USC. They were still in denial about the Reggie Bush thing at the time.

If USC cans him it will be because Kiffin is a dick with marginal coaching skills and the new AD wants to hire his own coach. That being said, I would laugh my *** off because the guy is jerkoff.

That and a morals clause could mean the end. Would be interesting because I could see some SEC team hiring O as a dline/recruting coordinator type. They still need to figure out what they are going to do with all those commitments. Didn't they get hit w/ limited numbers but signed a full class hoping for their appeal to come through.

The Kiffin hire, with the cloud over him at UT, was odd for USC in the first place, and looked as if it was just to spite the NCAA....<div>
</div><div>If something comes out of the PLOI at UT, it could give Pat Haden (new AD at USC) the reason to can Kiffin. </div>

book em Dan-O. OK, that was horribly bad.

Only problem is, I wouldn't trade Wilson for O as a d-line coach. I would be willing to replace Tony Hughes- so, would O be willing to coach safeties?

It's what I call Steve Spurrier syndrome. You don't want to be the guy that replaces the legend. You want to be the guy that replaces the guy that replaced the legend.

Oh, and being on probation probably didn't help matters either.

he might end up at msu or some other close competitor where he would really make a difference. some ole miss people want to diss o for everything and he was a disaster as HC but he brought in more talent than we've had in years. at lsu or bama he wouldn't bother me cause they will have great players regardless but frankly if msu were to hire him IMO it would be a great hire and one that should give pause to any ole miss fan.
