As for Quay, I could care less if the kid ever plays a down of football in his current situation. If he gets his life together, then I hope he does. I would hate to see someone as talented as him not make something of himself, and end up back in Morton doing nothing. That happens to way too many MS kids. I would rather ANY kid succeed at MS State, or anywhere else for that matter, than flame out and end up back in their hometown doing nothing.

As much as you WANT us to harbor some seething, ridiculous hate for all things State, just to validate your own Bearz Hate, not all of us do. Why is it so unbelievable that a guy wants to see talented kids do well, even if it's at MSU?
