allegedly some investigating into improper benefits (cream cheese, money, etc.) for some time. We all assumed Redmond and it seemed logical since he is sitting out, considering his supposed ability. He was on the sideline with his "Unfinished Business" shirt on. We assumed we would hear some decision soon. Is this all new info that has all the sudden popped up regarding Autry? Lets say he plays Saturday. Do we assume there is little to it, it is connected to who we "thought" was being investigated, or do we really not have a clue what is going on? It is rather frustrating that all this academic fraud, improper benefits including cars, continues to run rampant. Yet a 7 on 7 "coach" who must have an ax to grind turns some things in on us. He is seen in a UM hat while wearing a red tent with his posse or assistant coaches.
Sorry about the rambling but a)do we not warn our recruits about these guys (coaches); b)If you do get a little money, enjoy it, dont flaunt it; c)the only way to get by with improper benefits is to take a picture of your new car, post it on social media sites. The SEC/NCAA must believe that if a kid gets a car and posts pictures everywhere he surely had to buy it on his own. Who would post a picture of a brand new ride if it wasnt legit, no need to waste our resources. We need those guys checking out these $100 handshakes at Miss. State. That is not to be tolerated!
I just dont get it. If we really had a booster who made a bad decision lets get on with it. These "handlers" have more clout than any one else. Lets air out all our dirty laundry, the NCAA doesnt seem to care about things that are staring them right in the face. This is just pissing me off.
