Surely someone is holding? Oh man.. I've never seen such lack of life in a coach - bad posture, shakey voice, eyes wanting to cry but hiding under that bill of a cap he wears.. I just want to tell him - "It's ok coach, somethings just aren't meant to be, and maybe this isn't the best idea? Yeah, I think Shawn want's to step aside too now and we all understand.. everyone agrees it's for the best.."

lol, that's pretty funny....but seriously folks, bashing Mike Riley will do NO GOOD at this point. Let it play out and keep supporting the team. You can point the fingers in a lot of directions--coaching, players, Bo's legacy, running out of Runza's at the Wisconsin game, pick one. GBR.

Oh man.. I'm not bashing the guy, I think he does that just fine himself.. FWIW, I am L O N G Huskers and really want to see the team (and that means coaches too) succeed. I do think though that if by this time next year we are seeing the same results that at the very least Shawn Eichorst must be shown the door..

I will admit he does have that look of, "oh golly gee I'm in way over my head." I would assume he realized when taking this job that the heat was going to be turned way up here. Especially if he produced a losing season. If he didn't realize that he probably had no business taking this job.
