Something I notices in Houston/Memphis game

The o-tackles on both teams seem to be too far off the line of scrimmage. They would be flagged in the B1G. I don't understand why rules are not applied more consistently across college football.

Referees are definitely not consistent across conferences. Makes you wonder.

One thing I noticed is that the 1st half took nearly 2 hours. 11:00-12:55. The game is taking forever and will overlap our game on ABC.

Blame ABC/espn... they don't care as long as they can squeeze as many commercials in as possible...
