Sonja what is net ranking?

I don't recall seeing that before but the commentators said it will have a big impact on the NCCA tourney this year. U of L was 6th not first in those ratings. Do you know if that is how they will seed the top four teams by region? That would suck if we end up in the top four in the polls but are not a number one seed.

I think if we take care of business we will definitely be a number one seed. I am also curious about the net rankings. I am always suspicious when they come up with some new way to seed teams.

How can UConn be #1 they have only played 9 games and only one ranked opponent. We have played 13 games and have played 2 ranked opponents ?

I know. That is pretty messed up. But, they have UConn on their jerseys.

Net Rankings are figured by who you played, where you played and how efficiently you played. Which I still don’t see how UConn is ranked number one.

UConn is not top 10 good. They are top 20 good. I hope we play them and get to slap them around some!!!
