Was today signing day for players in the portal too, or just HS/JC players?

I know nothing about this topic, but I'd think we'd sign just a few HS players and ton of portal players. Sign a few, very raw, HS players with high ceilings, that cost nothing or very little and spend the bulk of our budget in the portal.

I thought this was a decent class especially considering our team was straight garbage this year. If they sign at least 2 or 3 quality DL we might have a chance to improve our record next year. Provided we don't lose our best pieces of this year's team. A top notch center would be good too.

I usually don't agree with a lot of greenbean's posts but if you are being realistic that's spot on. You honestly can't expect to go from what this year was to beating Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, etc. Brutal but really it always will be pretty tough. SEC and all that. I expected more this year. Kinda disappointing but 5 next year would be a helluva improvement. 6 would be a freaking mazing just being realistic
