It's a real case that was really filed, but the filer is a "frequent filer." It's ********. Just shows that anyone can file any ******** lawsuit they want to. All you have to do is write it up and file it.

Considering this was put in the public record in a legal proceeding can this person be charged with perjury? Since she included a lot of damning things about Texas A&M could they sue? Given out litigious culture it seems like it would be a bad idea to file a bunch of ******** as a public, legal document.

She (or more likely he) could probably be charged with something, or at least counter-sued by Manziel. But good luck finding who filed that. It was mailed from a post office in New Jersey.
