I saw where SC put up 54 points last week. Got to feel good to get back in the grove for them. When it comes to these two teams playing one another the records don't matter because to them this is the super bowl. I expect this to be a verry good game because both teams hate to lose to the other. They will play their hearts out to beat the other. Got a lot of respect for SC and their coach who is my neighbor, but i got to take the pack 21 to 7 or 14 for this game. Hope both teams have a safe game. Whiteville has already lost several players because of injuries, and a lot of underclassmen has had to step up and play before they were ready, but are playing verry well. I think this game will be better than most people think.

Stallions have nothing to lose in this game. Whiteville does. If SC were to win, they have a shot at the playoffs. I expect Coach Dove will have them fired up for this one so who knows.....anything can happen.

You are right about that. Trask played just as hard in the 1st half, but got wore down in the 2nd half. You still have a good team and i think they will make some noise in the playoffs. I will be pulling for you. might upset someone in the 1st round. Congrats on a great year so far.
My only question is dove still have the rope on his neck .Or depending how much he is losing by.Few point or running clock.

I think coach Dove is a verry good coach, but man he needs some help bad. That team looked lost and didn't want to be there. I know these two teams look forward to playing each other every year. but it didn't look like that last night. Like I said before they were lost and verry unsure. As far as I could tell he was the only one trying to coach. He can't do it by his self.
Strick I told you SC looked worst than any team I saw this year. No defense at all. Asst. coach's never made any changes. Our recoevers we're all alone on 3 occasions for TD. Vs WC.
I’ll be surprised if SC ever comes outta this funk with the mindset that seems to be … this past 3-4 seasons whatever it’s been now is the worst ever in probably TC/SC football but hey the coach is a good guy so it’s ok

I agree with you 100%. They should have gone deep a few times. I said why don't they throw deep but never did. Most high schools QB's already know where they are going to throw the ball instead of looking off one way and throwing the other way. They are never taught to do that therefore the secondary is never fooled.

That's what I'm so shocked at... What happened to that die hard football culture over there? Sports are about winning and losing, point blank. Most coaches out there are "good guys".
The kids act like they don’t wanna be there because they’ve got no faith in their leader. Point blank. That won’t change from this year to next, the only thing that will is a change at the helm. I’m sick of hearing about how great a guy he is it’s well documented we all know it but he’s there to win football games and he’s only gotten worse every single year since he’s been there. He came in at a peak of talent with a bunch of kids that had already been taught the wing t and switched our offense back to the wing t and took us to the 4th round on an easy playoff schedule which was made obvious by the rout in the 4th round and it’s been all downhill ever since. You can make all the excuses for the man you want but the proofs in the film. I’ve been to the games I’ve watched them play. There’s enough talent on this south Columbus team to be over .500. That’s my final say on the matter, 87 signing out. See y’all next year.

Based on the final RPIs, SC finished slightly ahead of Goldsboro yet SC is not in the field.
Did SC opt out? If so, does anyone know why?
