I’d venture to say all these games should be good and can come down to the wire. No givens by no means. Lincolnton and North seen better days and shouldn’t take each other lightly and id say North is out of playoff picture if they lose this one or even if they win out of its gonna be tight cause of COVID.
Who won the Newton North JV match? Score was never recorded. Did tbey even play?

Friday....Maiden at Newton is gonna be a good one!
East Lincoln at West Lincoln is a Huge game! East shocked us all in ‘19... with the whipping they gave West!
Gotta feeling the Johnny Rebs ain’t forgot about it either! I’m betting this is the game of the week!

There are some great teams in this conference that are not going to the playoffs! Heart breaking!....Makes me sick!

West Lincoln hosting East Lincoln..... it’s a coin toss! West is the smallest team we’ve played....do I have to say it?...... they mean as hell though! West Lincoln brings it....can throw too... if necessary! East Lincoln has the athletes to beat them.....speed and size!...everywhere! This is going to be a great ball game! It’s a daggum “Sudden Death” playoff game!
I going with Menegay and the Mustangs of East Lincoln! He won’t be able to walk Saturday morning!

Absolutely. There are no first round gimmes. It’s gonna be a battle for all teams. I personally like it. The way it should be. We have a huge game next week. We lose and it could end up a draw and a coin flip.

They're scheduled to play Cherokee, next Thursday, there. West Lincoln's Coach Ponder is probably from that area. Nearly everyone I've heard of with his last name are from around Madison County, and he probably knows the staff in Cherokee. I guess there are a couple of ways of looking at it: playing would risk injuries but a two week layoff might not help either. Normally they would be expected to meet their obligation, but this is a different kind of season.

GrizzlyDevil, Thanks, I hope we can at least give a pretty good effort. The Blue Devils seemed to have gotten stronger as the season progressed and their wins have been against tough opponents. It's going to take a really good team to beat them.
