SPS Message Board Viewing Question

I'm using IE7 and I keep my "Favorites" tab open on the left side of the screen. Whenever I open an SPS thread, the text in the thread boxes that extend to the far right are placed BEHIND the advertisements on the right hand side of the screen, making the last 2" on the right of every post unreadable. If I close my Favorites Tab, the text is shifted back far enough to the left to be read-able.... but what I'm wondering, is if there are any settings that will allow me to not have to close my Favorites Tab just to view the far right hand text in the message boxes.

Anyone have any experience solving this problem? If I need to post screen shots of what I'm trying to state, I can easily do so.

Thanks in advance.

one option to fix this is to hold down the CTRL button and then use your scroller on your mouse to reduce the size (that is if you have a scroller on your mouse).

second option: click on View and then Zoom and then Zoom out

I greatly appreciate the feedback, but the zoom'ing in and out option didn't work. When I zoomed in or out, the advertisments zoomed with the rest of the page, still concealing the right hand portions of each message.

Here's what the normal screen looks like:

And here's what happens when I zoom in/out:

See how the ADS just go with the entire page? Instead of staying put on the right side...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

a long time ago because when people inserted pictures, the width of the post with the image inserted would overlap if it was too wide dependent upon screen resolution. I hard-coded for screen resolutions so it would not do that but I will take it out for now since everyone should be newer than IE6.

Do a Ctrl + F5 to do a hard refresh because I just changed the skin.

Edit - It looks like the images will still overlap with that old code taken out. I will try to look at that tonight.

Messages now fit appropriately into the screen size and do not run into and behind the ADS.

Thanks
