The dude has no coaching experience how did he get this job? St. Andrews this desperate??? Terrible hire imo
From an organizational perspective, he maybe what they need. Good leadership/organization. He'll hire competent staff. Have to hit the recruiting trails fast. They'll be fine.
I’d argue that Pinecrest is comparable to St. Andrews. It ain’t Bama. Hell, it ain’t UNCP. I think he’ll be fine. He’s retired military, so discipline and organization are transferable skills. He’s a leader of men.
