Stadium expansion picture?

I feel like such a neophyte. I have a pic (jpeg) of the 'official' pic from an MSU brochure, but don't know how to get the pic into this reply.
Is this pic an official depiction? I think that addition in the upper left corner could be left out. At least the upper deck part. Just add another lower section to the other side of the Seal building instead. Make it symmetrical, you know? I am confused by that white section lined with trees though. What is that supposed to be? And what is the building on the bottom (North side) supposed to be for?
Ha! Take that Yuku. I figured it out. Unfortunately, the stadium concept in this pic and what would look good are not the same thing. I like having the seats in the South End Zone as well (completing the 'bull ring'), but this concepts gives us a sum total of 3 different architecural concepts in the 3 main sections of the stadium. why all the seperation on the lower deck? why cant it be a continuous wrap around? me personally, the west side upper deck needs to match the east side UD. Im all for adding seats in the north endzone, but if the west side matched the east, seats would be added.
