Starkville Recommendations: 6-Month Leases

Anyone have any landlords or apartment rentals to recommend for 6 month leases, between the July/August - December/January time frame?

Depends what you are looking for. I would monitor Craigslist. Checking with some of the big rental management companies like Tabor is another option.

I know in the

District, where Dan owns about 98%, he only does 12 mo leases. However, being that the district is a pretty popular spot, you can usually find someone coming from the frat/sorority houses (officers at the end of their term) willing to sublease. Just a thought.

Mark Guyton is a really nice guy and owns multiple properties. All are affordable. His most well heard of cotton district property is Rain Tree. I thinks it's $600 a month for 2 bedrooms & comes with cable, internet, & water. He's got others too though. His office # is 662-323-9767
