It means very few people knew or cared about us and our social media team is trying very hard to change that. And they’re doing a good job.

Brand recognition and brand awareness are big drivers of attracting talent - players, coaches, staff, etc.
Like it or not, social media has become the primary avenue for promoting your brand.
