State Tournament venue

I was in Charlottesville this past weekend for NCAA regional baseball tournament. The John Paul building was being used Saturday for high school commencement exercises for several local high schools. I wonder how the management company that runs the place allowed this to happen. The VHSL should take note and cut a deal.
