it seems to me to be unfortunate that Cotton Mills and the Tabors couldn't work out a better solution... From what I understand, Tabor is putting a BWW on his land, which happens to be right in the middle of where the CM developer would put shops or parking for those shops. If that's still true, too bad.<div>
</div><div>It's not a deal killer, but ideally you'd like to have a perfectly rectangular piece of property to work with instead of what will turn out to be shaped like a horseshoe around a B-Dub.</div><div>
