Do I care that the NCAA timing put Kiffin in a tougher spot than is typical? No. Actions / consequences. Can't have it both ways. Tell the NCAA to fix the rules that present the scenario but don't also expect a program with any pride to cater to you while you're on your way out of town either.
He's right. Nothing wrong him wanting to stay through the playoffs. Also nothing wrong with Ole Miss telling him no. Go do your new job.
