Bo Pelini was the head coach at Nebraska and won 9 games a year. Curious as to why he is coaching division 2 and some of his assistants are jobless. Lots of "curious" stuff out there if you look for it to fit an agenda.

If this staff gets along personally, there is a great deal of experience that will lead to being able to adjust in game much better than Nebraska defenses have in a long, long time. I like that the staff has experience at the college and pro levels and so many coaches have worked different levels of a staff (position, coordinator).

Spring practice should be a lot of fun and this staff as a whole will recruit better than they are seem to be initially being given credit for. See the program moving forward and the team creating excitement on Saturdays and during the rest of week this fall.

I estimate an average of 22-23 years coaching experience with the new staff, comparing to an average of 16 years with the previous staff. The estimated aggregate difference of tenure in coaching at the college level is about 70 years.
