OM was so brazen in their recruiting tactics two years ago (granted with somewhat less high profile recruits) without even raising an NCAA eyebrow made them even more emboldened this year now that their coaching situation has somewhat stabilized again?Laquon's instagram feed. Lots of egos to deal with in this (potential) OM 2013 class...
I know the Ole Miss faithful are foaming at the mouth with their potential top 10 recruiting class...but they may be landing the guys other teams are staying away from due to ego problems. Bama lands top players year after year, but they all seem to be team players. These Ole Miss recruits' heads seem to be swelling by the minute - and the coaching staff is only adding fuel to the fire. This could be a powder keg waiting to go off in the locker room in a season or two...at least my fingers are crossed.

The kids they are recruiting are all recruiting other big named players to come there. What you say may end up happening but right now all is cool between them all. Including RN! Now when he gets on campus and in the huddle and big brother is tellng RN what to do because Denzel will be the leader of that group, we will see what transpires. But that can be said at all schools. If you have bad egos, it can be like the Reb class with Patterson, Brassel etc and things can go south quickly. Or us in the Tommy Kelly years

Their 2011 class with Brassell did not go south. That's the core of their team right now. You're correct on the Patterson class, they sucked and were badly overrated.

I think Nutt let things get away from him during 2008 and 2009 because he was looking to jump jobs. No coincidence that his name came up with every opportunity. Quit recruiting and screwed up with Jevan Snead. Then Jacksonville State and the rest was history.
