Strasburg was hampered by dumb penalties the whole game. The youth showed on the field friday as the Rams could not sustain any offense and had a bunch of missed tackles. Moorefield controlled the LOS the whole game and moved the ball at will. Moorefield ended up winning 20-0.
I stand corrected on saying I did not see much talent on the roster in my earlier post. Strasburg has some nice young talent on the squad it is going to be a uphill climb because of the youth but there is some promise for the team if they grow up quick in between the lines.
The Rams had 2 key injuries as Starting Middle Linebacker Josh Prichett went down with a shoulder injury and starting quarterback Ethan Duckworth went down with a arm injury and had to go to the hospitial.
Latest update on Ethan as of Saturday Morning is that nothing is broken and it is a deep contusion that caused major swelling. For Josh I spoke to him myself and he is planning on playing in the season opener.
