wow- just wow

total meltdown and incompetence- our coaching is an absolute joke- but because of all our talent and us getting hot behind the arc- we still win in spite of him

None of you can say **** about Les Miles

Your obsession of Stansbury has reached an all time high.

WE WON THE GAME! END OF STORY.

Move on, Im sure there are more important things you can do in your life than constantly whine about how bad our basketball coach is.

Call me crazy but Ill take a win whether its by 2 points or by 20 points.

I used to enjoy coming to this board and readingthe posts. Now I see mostly negative posts here. I've never seen so many people complain about winning. I've never seen that even in elementary school, middleschool, high school, college, and the pros. Now,many are not satisfied with winning. They wantMississippi State to lose. I don't understand why. The objective is to have a winning program. When we
do, which we have now, some people just can't seem to stand it.Some run down Stans. Hetried to get the attention of the ref today. The ref ran into a problem at the end of the court and did not see Stans signaling for a to. In the heat of the moment, Stans runs toward him because he wants the to. The ref did not understand the situation. That doesn't mean Stans did something wrong. Some people want a new coach.....who are you going to get, someone like AK. Tsun thought they had a gem. How's that looking now? They want to get rid of him. He hasn't done anything for tsun except embarrass them.

It would just be great to see people somewhat pleased with a win and not so irritated that State won a basketball game. Aren't we fans of Mississippi State?

He ran on before the ball was inbounded. He got T'd for staying on and arguing with the ref after it. Had he just gone back to the bench, nothing would have happened.

You must also give him credit for the good!

All things have have not gone as we would have liked, but Stans is still our all time winning-est coach.

And how bad did it hurt us or play into the outcome of the game?

The fact that they were able to try a desperation 3 at the end showed that it had the potential to be huge. Had they made the shot we would have been saying his technical was decisive.<div>
</div><div id="aeaoofnhgocdbnbeljkmbjdmhbcokfdb-mousedown">Are you saying that the fact that he got a technical foul was a good thing for us? Or a wash at best? Sure, we're down by 3, let's have them shoot 2 and also they get the ball back.</div>

and then turned around and issued the T after he realized that Stans was on the court.

You might want to watch the video.

We lose our way throughout the game. It was completely unacceptable to try to stall out the game with 6:00 to go on the clock... It was completely unacceptable to have 4 straight turnovers that turned into 9 unanswered South Carolina points to let them back in the game. We can't take control of the games we need to take control of. We have the talent to play ball when they want to play ball, unfortunately for us, that is only in games that "matter" (Ole Miss... Florida... Vandy). When we are playing teams we need to beat because we are better than they are, we can't take control of the game and we let them fight back and ALMOST beat us (today) or actually let them back in the game TO beat us (LSU... Auburn... ETSU... FAU). We play hard and mostly win the big time rivalry games and games against big name schools, but what about the games you NEED to win? We make it very hard on ourselves.

deserving and idiotic. So you didn't get your timeout. Big deal!!! How many games has he coached? No excuse to get a technical in the last minute of a game when you're up by 3 points. Absolutely amateur move by Stansbury and he's lucky for his sake it didn't cost us the win. Also his strategy during the last ten minutes of the game when we have a lead is Croom revisited. This is a very sore subject for MSU fans!! Quit playing not to lose cause all you're doing is creating the chance to lose. This has to change now!!! Blow the other team out!!!! When we are ahead by 40 then you can put in the backups. Until then keep your foot on the pedal.
