surprising to say the least. I guess since it's Thursday but I thought enough LSU fans would buy tickets.

We are an auto win this year just like every year for them. Also, they don't want to waste their time in Starkville. Same old **** from the bayou

Typically, I am not for Thurday night games, but that may have helped us out a little bit in this case.

Also, LSU is not the "bandwagon" team of the state of Mississippi this year. Right now that's apparently Auburn. I suspect that it could change to Alabama by this time next year though.

are worried about this game. They know we should have won 2 years ago and know Relf is a different QB than he was last year here in DV. They are thinking their luck will run out this year, and it being Thursday night, don't want to take off of work for what they feel could very well be an early season upset in their minds.

The LSU guys I have talked to feel pretty strongly we will not beat them. In fact, I had one diehard LSU fan tell me (and mean it) that there was a better chance for them to win the national championship than there was for MSU to beat LSU this season.

Of course, he wouldn't bet on it, but he also wouldn't back down from his statement

and only recall the past 10-15 seasons of LSU football or were drinking at the time of comment... Am I correct, because the true diehard fans I know over 30, and realistic in thinking, are all worried about this one? They have been talking about it since last season, because underneath all those turnovers against them last year, they saw what we developed into throughout the season.
