I don’t like the “open the door” method of winning a steel cage match. I feel like part of the point of the steel cage is that you’re locked in there together. I feel like the only option should be escaping over the top of the cage.

Meh. Wasn’t crazy about that one. They didn’t do enough to showcase Fatu and the Tongans predictably get involved… then it was over. Must be behind on time.

Solo gets pulled out of the cage and retains.

I’m 0-4 🤣

4 title retentions.

The calf crusher is one of those moves that looks like it hurts the guy applying it more than the guy getting attacked.

Good point. Maybe it was to confuse the ref so he would continue the match? I guess the alternative would have been AJ getting DQ’ed. I dunno.

AJ slipped twice too. With the style they wrestle, that happens. Dom could clean up the botches, sure, but the character work, the selling, the facials, everything else, is top notch. Tough to say he’s not good, but I get what you’re saying.

ETA: I expected a little more out of that match. It was an Eddie Guerrero tribute, which is fine, but it could have been a lot better.

Ooohhhh Cena looked like he was still coming out with heel Cena Titantron, but it changed to colorful Cena.

I dont believe he can humble himself enough to be a heel as Cody. I still vote for him being the least charismatic of the Rhodes family.
